Columbia blue light jacket - Size L - Small stain on arm

Great light jacket for when it’s not too cold yet not too hot. It appears to be water resistant and it’s a great windbreaker. On the inside it’s lined and is really comfortable. Pockets have zipper. Has a small black stain at the bottom of the arm, not very noticeable (shown in pictures).
