Columbia Wind/Rain Jacket

Columbia light weight jacket. Size 14/16. Great for layering. I believe it is water resistant, but not an actual rain jacket. Inside is breathable mesh fabric. This was purchased for a scout outing and had to be labeled with name, which has been crossed out on tag, see picture.
