Columbia Switchback Lined Rain Jacket new w/o tags

Never worn! Columbia Cool Green Switchback Long Lined Rain Jacket in size small. I ordered this for a hiking trip and didn't end up taking it because the sleeves felt too tight, but I had already taken the tags off. It has a thin layer of fleece on the inside. The green is a pretty neutral color. Runs slightly small.
