This is Columbia’s Women’s small sized Emerald Lake II interchange jacket that has a waterproof outer shell and an insulated liner. This jacket has an adjustable hood, an adjustable snap back powder skirt, and an adjustable drawcord hem. It’s never been worn as it was a bit bigger on me than I expected.
