I recently upgraded to some Altras and am sad to see these go, but I haven't been using them as much. They've probably only hiked about 40 miles total, so the tread still looks great, and the laces/ankle support/waterproofing has all been great. No fraying or signs of wear other than a little dust!

juleab @michelecrews yes! super comfortable. they have great support and padding, the tongue has a ton of cushion so when you lace the shoes up tightly it still feels comfortable around your ankle. the toe box also has a good amount of space.

juleab @michelecrews i've worn them for spring/summer hikes, and i have a friend with the same pair who wears them year-round. in my experience, the temperature depends a lot on the type of socks i wear with them!
