Columbia Mens Full Zip Jacket Windbreaker Hoodie Vented Red Black Size Large Condition: The jacket is in very good condition but there are tiny white speckles all over it that appear to be something like paint (although I don't know exactly what it is). I scratched at a couple of them and they looked like they would come off, but I did not take the time to wash it or continue to scratch at the speckles. There is also a thread pull on the back of the jacket. Not extremely noticable, but I wanted to mention it.
