Adjustable waist with toggles and cord on sides. Olive khaki lining on lower leg can be folded up into stylish cuffs. Cuffs would be 2". Nice used condition with 3 minor flaws shown in last 3 photos. Barely noticeable unless scrutinizing clothing for posting description! Two places where faint pink twisted lines can be seen, perhaps from laundry or something pink and wet being too close. On the left front leg just below the large pocket, there seems to be a flaw in the fabric creating faint horizontal line, perhaps it was a pulled thread in the weave. Please zoom in on those photos to decide for yourself.
