sapphiresue @qq673282011 This coat measures 18" across back, so a least 36" in bust. Sleeve length is 25.5 " ..coat is 32 " long. My friend, who is about the same in height and weight as your mother ,tried it on and it fit her fine..just a little long in the sleeves.

sapphiresue Yes, it does. This coat can be worn with the fleece liner for warmth, or you can wear just the fleece .when you need a little warmth, or just the outer shell in spring or rainy weather. It's like 3 coats in one.

sapphiresue I got this coat out of my storage closet a few days ago (because someone had added it to a bundle) and noticed the tag was missing>(probably got caught on something in my overly full closet)..I have looked for the tag, but not found it yet. I assure you the coat is new and has never been worn. Just wanted to let you know. As you an see from the photos, it was there when I listed it for sale.
