Columbia Fleece-lined waterproof jacket

This is a jacket I purchased from my university (University of Oregon) years ago and only wore a few times. It is in mint condition, with the exception of some sort of sap on the shoulder seen pictured (hence the low price). It’s definitely possible that it is removable but I haven’t tried. It’s super warm and water resistant. Truly a functional and fitted jacket.
