It zips all the way up to the neck. With a two-way zipper closer. It also button and velcro closer. It has velcro adjustments at cuffs. There are two outside zipper pockets. With straps to hook your gloves on. It also has a pocket at the chest. The inner removable fleece liner jacket. Zips up to the neck. It has two outer zipper pockets, and one inner zip close pocket at the chest. The inside jacket zips and snaps to the outside jacket. Both jackets have pull tabs at the bottom of them. To keep you all the cold air out. The outer jacket is waterproof. This jacket is missing the removable hood. That’s the only thing wrong with it. Other then that it is in excellent used condition.
