Is this waterproof for heavy snow/freezing temps, or is it a lighter jacket?

@kapr66 I live in northern Ohio and am a teacher that has outdoor recess duty. It worked very well in the winter for those outdoor windy days and is waterproof. The inner shell can be removed to be used as a fall jacket. The outer shell has the reflective material for warmth. I will add a photo of it to the gallery.
