ColourPop Powerpuff Girls 12-Pan Pressed Powder Shadow Palette ($18.00 for 0.36 oz.) is a limited edition palette that contained a mix of shimmers, pressed glitters, and matte shades. The mattes out-performed the shimmers, but the shimmers should be workable for those who prefer to use an eyeshadow primer and often use fingertips to apply their shimmer eyeshadows.

hello what's the extent of this being used? is makeup able to be sanitized? may be interested for daughters birthday.

Thank you for your interest. This palette has been used 4 times. (I keep track of that info). I can dust the pans off, and spray with an alcohol/water mixture before sending it if you would like. That’s what I do when I buy used powder products.
