Colors sequined and beaded black mini dress

I purchased this dress in a cute little store in Manhattan, but sadly, it never fit me. the beading and Sequin work is exquisite and in perfect condition. It's never been worn. The middle has a thin strip of black velvet. Sweetheart neckline. Label says size 2 but I would recommend someone in size 1 or 0 purchase.
