This dress is NWT, but it’s been tried on in a resale store and there for has some dust and snags along the bottom hem. I’m 5’10 and it’s floor length, if you’re shorter this would be an easy cut and sew hem repair. It also has loose threads, but the belt is in tact and there are extra crystals attached.
