Colorful print skirt by Halogen, size 12

Friend gave this to me as birthday present and it’s a size too big. I’m a 8-10. This could likely fit a 10-12 :( super cute vibrant skirt with pockets. I no longer have the belt that came with it but you could use a plain one with a coordinating color. White cotton lining.
