Colorful Welch Porcelain Figurine

Elegant Welch porcelain figurine featuring a woman with a handbag. Vibrant yellow, purple, and green colors all hand painted by the B and Lima Lace, with the Wales foil sticker on the base. One small chip on the burgundy part / purple part of her dress by her right thumb. Prices are all over the place from the 200’s to the 50’s and these pieces (I am selling a woman figure and a man figure) have been in the family for decades. Happy Poshing!
