This is a floral, colorful jacket by Units. As shown, still has original tag attached. Rayon blazer with a weskit style hem. No issues. Measurements taken flat: Shoulders: 17", Sleeves: 23.5", Bust: 19", length: 25". To me fits sizes Small to Medium.
