Cap-sleeve lined tunic, perfect as a mini dress or over tights/leggings. Colorful floral embroidery and a fun stripe pattern with lots of detail. Below the bodice the fabric has sort of a crepe-y texture. A few loose threads here and there, as well as some dark spots on the lining (not visible when you wear it). But otherwise in great condition.
