This embroidered dress would make a great vacation dress or beach cover up. Pullover styling. Darts in the back. Tie in the back. The body is made of a cotton or cotton blend. The sleeves and belt are a polyester crinkle fabric. The inside of the neck has notches in the fabric to make it lie flat (as pictured). No tags or size. Bust is 27 inches lying flat. Waist is 26 inches flat (has attached belt to cinch it. ) High point of shoulders to hem is 41 in. If wearing as a dress, you may need a slip, as the back is slightly see thru.
