Colorful Castle Heather Gray Short-sleeved Tee Women's Size Large

This is brand new (did not come with tags), never worn (only tried on) and not washed. I ordered this for myself before our Disney vacation but it did not fit me rihht. I usually wear an XL but was told this runs big. It did fit ok throughout the shoulders and chest, but it was too short for my liking, please see pictures for dimensions, measurements are approximate.
