The waistband is elastic but the skirt isn't, it's supposed to be a large but most likely fits more like a medium. austinhghs11 @squirleycat I am soooo sorry! I just now saw this! I've been so busy! From the waistband to the bottom is 40 inches. There's two slits, one on each side and they are from the bottom of the skirt to 22" up. They hit about mid thigh. It's a really cute skirt and will be great for this summer 💖🌞🏝🌺
