Colorful Beaded Stretchy Bracelet

This is the most unique bracelet I've ever seen - it's from Puerto Rico. As seen in pics, it's stretchy and has a few "tiers" to it. Some beads are glass-like with flowers, and some dangle off. Some beads are small plastic, and some are metal. Some round, some cubes. Diameter is about 2.5 inches, unstretched. Beads are all colors and honestly this thing is beautiful, but I've worn it once or twice in the 13 years I've had it. Somebody who will wear this often, please give it a home!
