Color block short sleeve sweater by INC International concepts

This is a gently used red, black and tan color block short sleeve sweater by International concepts. It is size small petite but seems wide and oversized. The only flaw I see is a very small snag on the front in the red area. Here are the measurements - armpit to armpit 24” and length down the back 21”. Maybe some other sizes will fit it also or wear it like a crop top with an oversized blazer.
