brittmassey @spencea1 hi! Sorry this dress is way too small for me now, that's why I am selling. If it helps, I measured it, and it's about 33.5 inches from shoulder to bottom!

brittmassey @keyshamc hi! The bottom part does not flare, it is more like a shift dress but you could belt it if you wanted to. In my opinion it fits true to size. When I wore it I was in between a 4 and 6....more on the 6 side in the hips.
