Beads are alternating UV light sensitive beads & glow in the dark beads. Glow-in-the-dark beads are colored in light & glow at night. UV light beads are white/clear & turn colored in sunlight. Vegan faux suede leather cord. Drawstring to adjust size & to easily take it on and off wrist. Unisex & great for all ages. Braided part of bracelet measures about 5.5in plus 2-3 inches from each side of drawstring (keep in mind this is a handmade item so exact measurements vary a little).
