Beautiful cream and coral cocktail dress with black elastic waist. Accordion fold fabric on bust and skirt, but skirt has a weighted hem (see last photo) which keeps it down and gives this dress BEAUTIFUL movement while walking. LIKE NEW, only worn once for an event (1 hr).

allibug141 @klah It fits like a true medium! But the top is loose fit and it's a full skirt so the only thing that matters for size is the waist.. Which is elastic! So it'll fit many sizes.
