Colonial Mother & Daughter in Garden Print Oil Painting 16 x 20 Gold Wood Frame

This is an framed print of an oil painting featuring a Mother and Daughter in a Flower Garden in Colonial Dress. It is an impressionist painting and the artist signature is very small at the bottom left. It is initial T and then a last name that starts with a B which could be Bats, Bard, Bates or many other things. I could not identify or read evenm with magnification. It is in a solid wood frame that is gold design and beaded accents. The print is the art centered and appearance of matting but it is all one print. The frame is 20 inches tall and 16 inches wide with 1 inch thickness. It has a sawtooth mounting clip on the back and cardboard backing. This frame and print are in very good condition with no damage or defects.
