Such a unique find! This is a collectors item - it’s a zippo lighter to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of Las Vegas, Nevada. (Queue the Elvis/Frank Sinatra/Casino movie). It doesn’t have propane and just needs a fill. It does have some scratches throughout but the graphics are in good condition - see photos for detail.
