Collector Plate Danbury Mint "Sunny Surprise"

as seen in the photos, there are 2 plates; one approx 8" and the other one is approx 2.5". both plates are numbered, 7471A and 5118C respectively. each plate is in excellent condition however they do not have the original box or printed certificate.
