So this little dress has it all- sweet cowl neck, fluttery sleeves, draw tie waist, and POCKETS! The material is rayon which gives it a silky feel. It is lined in the bottom and looks great in it’s own or styled as a tunic. Pink on navy burst pattern. So beautiful!
