Collective Concepts Navy/Pink Dress

Fun summer dress. Drawstring waist and buttons down on top half. Lining and shell both 100% polyester, dry clean only. Does have some light rubbed marks on the button down section as seen in the last photo but only shows when light hits it just right. Price reflects this. Pre-loved but in good condition.
