Fun maxi dress, worn twice, however Im more of a neutrals gal. Buttons all the way down. The fabric is very breathable. The straps are adjustable. It does have belt loops but does not come with the belt. A brown belt would go perfect with it! Would fit size 4, 6, or 8.
