Colin Stuart fur and suede lace up boots size 9.5

Colin Stuart fur (possibly faux fur) and suede lace up boots size 9.5. I believe the fur is rabbit fur because it feels like the rabbit fur coats I also have but I cant confirm that. it may be very very very convincing faux fur. when purchasing these boots please keep in mind im not sure about the fur. its very solf. There is no size on the shoes but the soles measures 10". See picture and size chart provided. Compare the size with existing shoes to ensure fit. These shoes are beautiful.
