Cole’s Pottery Sanford NC teapot and 3 cups

Teapot: Approximately 6.5” tall. Removable lid with diameter of approximately 3.75” Inscription the bottom reads “The happiest times are those spent with friends”. Signed by the artist Kenneth George 1-27-77. Cups (x3): Approximately 2.75” tall and opening of diameter 2.5”. Thumbprint indentations. Signed by the artists 1998, a bit hard to read but there appear to be at least two artists other than Kenneth Cole from the Sanford, NC pottery studio. One is signed by Celia Cole (1924-2015). One cup is also inscribed “Have a nice day”. Cole’s Pottery in Sanford, North Carolina has been closed since 2013, as the heir apparent Kenneth George no longer pots.
