This is a previously loved Coldwater Creek velvet jacket. The jacket secures with a zip front closure. It has a collar on the jacket that can be adjusted. Initially I thought it was a hoodie but it is not. It’s just a portion of the jacket that can be zipped and used as a turtle neck. The jacket is made out of a pretty blue soft velvet.
