Cold shoulder plus size 3 Torrid blouse. Super soft

New with tags plus size 3 which equals 22/24. The top is white with stars, buttons at the sleeve cuff. Pockets on left and right front of blouse. Top has three buttons at neck. Does not button all the way down. Comes from a smoke free dog friendly home. This is a really beautiful top it just does not fit me.
