Cold shoulder flowy top

Breezy blue and white cold shoulder split back top. Very sheer poly fabric, made for travel, wash'n'wear. Poncho styling but sewn on sides so not wide open. Nice over a white tank. Shades of blue vary between sky and royal. Size says S/M, but more like M.
