Beautiful dress with cold-shoulder short-sleeves, elastic waistline. Hook closure at neck can be closed or left open. Interior skirt lining and hanging straps. Great condition, just a tiny spot on one sleeve (see last photo). Brand size chart says it fits sizes 8-10, bust 37.5", waist 30", hips 39.5". Approximately 38" long
