Cold shoulder cutout mini dress

Size medium mini dress, with cold shoulder and cutouts down the arm. Love the colors. Very soft and flattering on. 95% poly, 5% spandex. I’m 5’4” for reference on length. Missing one button on the sleeve, it fell off and I was out of town but I wore it anyway, couldn’t really tell in my opinion (see photo). It’s been stored so had some wrinkles in fabric (see pic) but I haven’t tried to steam. Worn once.
