Cold Shoulders Dress (NWOT's)

This cute midi dress could be worn on or off the shoulders. I would say it's a deep salmon color. When I bought it, it didn't have any tags on it, so they scanned a different sized dress. Unfortunately, it didn't fit, when I tried it on at home, & the store refused to refund my money. So, my LOSS is your GAIN! This is an XL, but imo, I feel like it's oversized. Please don't hesitate to request measurements.
