Cold Shoulder Tunic with Bell Sleeves

NWT, Awesome Tunic in Black and White with Cold Shoulders and Bell sleeves trimmed in a black net fabric with with white flower appliqués. White Stand up Collar that has a tuxedo feel. Very Cute. Netting Fabric is a bit stiff but it is new and has never been cleaned, so I imagine it will soften up with wear and cleaning. #blackandwhite, #bellsleeves
