Cold Shoulder Dress

This is a super flattering dress, I always got lots of compliments on this dress. It is a light blue with pink flowers. This dress is in like new condition. The sleeves have elastic at the wrist so the sleeves can be worn above the elbow or below, makes for a perfect year around dress.
