The inside of the jacket is quilted. Hood is fleece lined. Good is not detachable. This is a size medium, but you can Singh the waist making it fit just fine for people who are smaller. For not being a big, bulky jacket it kept a me surprising warm. I am 5’2 and the jacked comes down to my mid thigh.
