Coco Bianco a-line Skirt size 12-14 elastic waist

Never worn, or washed, no tags. Best thing about this is the thick banded elastic waist. It’s has asymmetrical layered ruffles over a solid black slip. I’m usually wary of ruffles because sometimes they can add volume, but these don’t and are subtle. The cut is somewhere between A-line and pencil/straight. It was hard to get a good picture. It’s 16 inches across the top, but does have good stretch. It’s 23 inches wide along the hem and 21 inches long. Pet/smoke free.
