Cocktail/party dress- juniors size- medium

Pretty cocktail dress for petite women or for anyone who fits in juniors - very pretty embellishments and jewels - one tag is still on it so I'm guessing it was only worn once but it is bueatiful - wish I had posted it before new years it would have been a great dress for a new years party
