abbylop7676 @heatherl41 What are the waist and length measurements of this skirt? Does this skirt stretch? Does you believe this skirt can fit a 28 inch waist? Thank you.

heatherl41 @abbylop7676 hi, yes the waste is extremely elastic. Not stretched it’s 24”. I just went and tried it on with it pulled down more around my hips to see how it would stretch and lay. It laid fine and didn’t feel tight at all, that was stretching it to about 32”. It’s actually a little lose on my waste so I’d say it might actually fit 26-28 better. I only wore it once to a holiday party. It’s super cute.

heatherl41 @abbylop7676 yes, it’s elastic, very stretchy but just around the waste band. The rest of the skirt is more structured with out stretch. Oh and I just saw you asked for length too. I’ll get it for you.
