Cocktail dress with sheer skirting

Purchased from a company in China called Style We. It is size medium, but it fits like a 2, my normal size. Very well made. The sheer detail adds a bit of intrigue to this dress. May be worn slightly off shoulder. I’m happy to send more info if you’re interested. Non smoking, no pet home
