Cocktail dress w/ sewn on antique jewel belt

Two tone cocktail dress w/ sewn on antique style jewel "belt". Size Small (fits size 4 or 6). Black v neck top portion is very fitted & flattering (have worn a black bandeau bra underneath it for more conservative look). blue bottom feels sort of like satin & a little more loose...I'm 5'7" and it came to my mid thigh ..nice for formal events & parties. Please note that two of the jewels on the back have fallen off but not noticeable (see last picture). Worn a few times, in good condition.
