Cocktail dress

Brand new with tags beautiful (tube) navy blue dress with floral embroidery. The only reason it's so low price is because it doesn't fit me at all. there's absolutely no damage and never worn except for trying on (and kept it since cld not return, took long time to try on and lost the return window time frame)
