Cocktail dress

Emerald green, velvety touch fit and flare dress with bell sleeves that gathered at the wrist creating flattering look. It comes with belt in same material. It says L for size, but i am size 8/M now and it’s a little small. I wore it once when i was size 6. Almost new, no tears or rips.
